She is also a member of Wescott's Investment Committee; the Committee is responsible for Wescott's asset allocation Models and investment strategies.  Peggy is responsible for investment manager due diligence, investment research and performance tracking and comparative analysis, as well as market and economic research.Prior to joining Wescott, Peggy was an Investment Product Solution Director at SEI where she was responsible for developing investment solutions for defined contribution,  and endowment and foundation plans. Prior to SEI, Peggy worked for Vanguard as a Marketing Manager, responsible for providing education and analysis on Vanguard's passive and actively managed investments.  Other roles included an Institutional Marketing Communications Manager at Gartmore Global Investments, where she provided information to clients about markets, portfolio strategies and products, and as a research analyst for Rittenhouse Financial Services, where she analyzed industries and companies. Prior to Peggy's roles with investment management firms she served as the Deputy Chief Investment Officer of the Philadelphia Municipal Pension Fund, where she was responsible for asset allocation, manager due diligence, investment research, rebalancing and cash flow analysis for the $3 billion portfolio. She also held the position of Chief Investment Officer of the Philadelphia Gas Works Fund; her responsibilities included streamlining the manager and consultant line-up for the Fund.Peggy received her undergraduate degree in Health Planning and Administration from the Pennsylvania State University, in 1982.  She received her MBA from Drexel University in 1987 and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1995.  She served on the CFA Society of Philadelphia's Board from 1997-2002 and is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executives Group.
