Margie Abrams Costantino is Director of Business Operations and a member of Wescott’s Management Committee. Margie directs and manages business operations, administrative services, marketing, facilities management, document management and staffing and human resources. She works closely with the President & CEO on management and growth initiatives, and works with the executive team helping to facilitate the implementation of firm programs, policies and procedures. She is also a member of the Marketing Committee. Margie joined Wescott in 1995 and brings over 20 years of practical experience to the firm.

Margie enjoys coordinating the firm’s annual holiday gift giving and school supply drives on behalf of People’s Emergency Center and is involved in the firm’s United Way Campaign, having served as past Campaign Coordinator.

A member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Margie earned her PHR designation from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
