Adina Lewis As Director of Florida Sales and Marketing, Scott Poulin is responsible for designing, implementing and attaining Wescott’s wealth management and sub-advisory marketing and sales objectives for the Florida region. Working with other members of Wescott’s Management, Client Development, Operations and Administrative teams, Scott plays a central role in defining Wescott’s Florida business development goals and strategies, identifying, cultivating and maintaining core centers of influence and lead sources, meeting with prospective clients and facilitating the implementation of the firm’s Florida client wealth management strategies and services. Scott joined Wescott in 2010 and is a member of the firm’s Portfolio Strategy Group, participating in the ongoing due diligence and evaluation of investment managers and strategies. He is also a member of the Marketing and Sales Committees. Prior to joining Wescott, Scott gathered more than 22 years of trust and investment experience working with such organizations as SunTrust, NationsBank, BankBoston, Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust and Coconut Grove Bank. Scott began working with Wescott in 2004 during his 10 years at Gibraltar, where he served as the organization’s Senior Vice President/Chief Investment Officer. While at Gibraltar, he managed investment portfolios using an open architecture investment platform developed by Wescott. Scott received his bachelor’s degree in finance/investments and economics from Babson College, his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Miami and his National Trust School degree from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In addition, Scott is a registered trust representative. He resides in Coconut Grove, Florida with his wife, Nanda Poulin, and their two children.
